If you’re needing to check our returns and refunds section it’s likely you purchased a Cloud Nine product from us and we’d like to start by saying thank you!
If you do need to go ahead with a return, we promise to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Saying that here are a few things you need to know: We only exchange faulty products or packs that have arrived damaged. We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind about the purchase.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return your product or require a refund. Let us know what the problem was and include a photo if possible. This must be done within 30 days of the order date. We will then email you instructions regarding the returns process.
If there is an issue with a faulty item (for example the case) we will replace just that product and send it to you free of charge. If you believe your pack has been damaged during transport or have manufacturing faults, please contact us as soon as you notice.
If a refund is required the funds will be credited via the original payment method. We will endeavor to process the refund as quickly as possible for you.
