Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) and Pay Pal. All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and each purchase is subject to 10% Goods and Services tax (GST).

Which countries do you ship to?

As a global company we ship our products all over the world. Shipping costs will depend on your destination and the order weight. Cost of shipping will be calculated during the check out process.

My order hasn’t arrived - what should I do?

Sometimes postal delays and customs hold-ups mean that orders arrive later than expected. If your order still hasn’t arrived within two weeks (Australia) or four weeks (rest of the world), please contact us at hello@cloudnine-global.com

What are you policies for returns and refunds?

Can I add to/subtract from my order after it has been placed?

We can’t amend orders on the system once they are made. If you would like to add items to your order, please place a separate order and then contact us with your new order number so that we can combine shipping and refund any extra postage you incur.
